Terms of Service

These Terms of Service describe the agreement between you and Mokea Cleaning Solutions, a small commercial cleaning company in Winter Park, Florida, when you request a quote or receive cleaning service. By requesting a quote or scheduling service, you agree to these terms.

1. Quotes and on-site walkthroughs

All quotes are free and are based on an on-site walkthrough of your facility. The walkthrough allows us to understand the space, priorities, schedule, and cleaning frequency before proposing a plan.

2. Service scope and schedule

The cleaning scope, frequency, and schedule are agreed in writing before service begins. Any changes to the agreed scope or schedule are confirmed in writing before they take effect.

3. Client access, keys and alarms

The client is responsible for providing agreed access to the facility, including keys, alarm codes, or access instructions, and for informing Mokea Cleaning Solutions of any changes that affect entry. Access details are handled with strict confidentiality.

4. Cancellation

Either party may cancel recurring service with advance notice as agreed in the service plan. Notice requirements and any applicable terms are confirmed in writing when service is scheduled.

5. Limitations

Mokea Cleaning Solutions provides commercial cleaning services only. We do not provide residential cleaning, and we are not responsible for items, documents, or equipment left outside agreed cleaning areas.

6. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from the service relationship will be resolved in accordance with Florida law.
